Once you will find nice phone -- you can click on 'add to cart' and create own list of the phones which you want to buy. When you will finish just register, tell us about address where we should delivery them and pay by your Paypal account. It's really easy! And shipping is totally free!

We accept PayPal only. Order will be shipped to your PayPal address, please make sure it's correct before paid.

Can I cancel my order?
If the order status is "Unpaid", you can delete it directly.
If the order status is "Paid", you can only cancel it before the order is processed, the time will be in 0-24hours.
Once the products were sent, you cannot cancel your order. And you can choose send back the unopened products, we will refund your money when we receive them.
Please note, we do not pay the return shipping cost for return item, and we are not responsible if goods were lost when send back without tracking. We will deal with the refund within 1-3 business days when we receive the goods.
I'm a wholesaler; can I use another payment methods?
Yes, you can pay by PayPal please contact with our staff for details.
Does BuyNow accept phone, fax or email orders?
Unfortunately, all of the price quotes, stock status, and shipping quotes are provided online, we don't accept other methods. Most probably we will extend list of payment methods in future.

What is the Airmail?
Airmail (or air mail) is mail that is transported by aircraft. It typically arrives more quickly than surface mail, and usually costs more to send. Airmail may be the only option for sending mail to some destinations, such as overseas etc.
Register Airmail is the mail which you can get the tracking number to track it on the website.

Where is the order shipped from?
Your order will be shipped by AirMail from Hong Kong (China).
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide without additional charge.
How about the shipping fees?
Airmail is the totally free to the worldwide.
What's the shipping time?
The shipping will be taking these steps:
Step 1: Order print by our system (0-1 business day)
Step 2: Order packaged by storehouse (1-3 business days)
Step 3: Package carried to Hong Kong Post (1 day)
Step 4: Order is processed by post to your mail box.
* Step 2, we have the mass of products in stock, but some not, we need to notice our supplier, and take 1-2 business days to get.

How can you get my shipping address?
We'll get your shipping address when you make payment by PayPal, please note PayPal will be not sharing any of your financial information to us except shipping address and a phone number which you explicitly wish to share with us.
Can I change my shipping address?
You will receive an address confirm when you have done the payment by PayPal, If it's not the correct, just edit it.
For fraud prevention purposes, if you change the shipping address here, we may not process your order when you are a new member or big amount.
How do I get my tracking number?
Tracking number will be shown in your account after the order shipping.

My tracking number is not working, what should I do?
Package has been left us and it will be take 1-3 business days to process by Post. Please wait a little more time and try again later.
Can I cancel my order?

How long will it take for the back ordered?
We will send the products separately if some goods out of stock, the clear information will be seen in the order list. Generally, out of stock products need about 3 business days to prepare, if more time is needed, we will inform you as soon as possible, your kind understanding and waiting are much needed.
I want to add items to my order, what should I do?
You can add items to your shopping cart if you have not click "check out"
If you have clicked the "check out" but still not make payment, you can delete it in the order list, and place a new order.
If you have make payment, unfortunately, you can't add items, due to free shipping fees, how about place another order?
I have ordered, but no item in the order list, what should I do?
This might be some error when you made ordered. If you still not make payment, please cancel it and make a new order, if you have paid, please contact us which items you have bid, we'll add them for you.
Does BuyNow deliver to APO or FPO addresses?
Yes, but we deliver to APO/FPO addresses.
What should I do if an item is missing from my order?
First, please check your order list to make sure order was sent in one packing, if separately, please be patience for another one. If all packages have been delivered but you're still missing an item, check the packing clearly for small item.
If you are unable to locate the item at last, please take a photo which show any labels of the packing and email us.
Do I need to pay for Tax and Customs Duties?
We send the products from Hong Kong which is a free port. Because there is no sale tax by Hong Kong government, customers will not to pay any tax when shopping from us.
From our data, only less than 1% of the package was opened and checked by customs. Customers are responsible to pay if import taxes are needed.
Although the possibility to have import taxes is near to zero, we strongly suggest that you'd better know your import policy before your purchase happens. Well you have to notice that some products may require special licenses or permits to import. It is customers business to handle the products that are confiscated by the Customs in customers' countries.
